Closing reception and party Friday evening,
July 27th  6:00 - 8:45 p.m.

Beth has set up an artist's studio in the Kimball Education Gallery, and is working with the public on an interactive timeline project, Tracing History. Her residency provides an opportunity to explore history as it is told through the de Young Museum's collection, while allowing museum visitors to create a collective and imagined version of the story.

On exhibit is her new installation, The Copper Chronicles, inspired by curios from the 1894 Midwinter Fair. These curios formed the museum's first collection.
